Well, if you're using JAWS, you can easily tell dictionary manager that Dana=dayna. As for AAC vs. OGG, I think that's more a matter of learning to listen carefully to what your synthesizer says. I use Eloquence, and, although they are rather close (and I often check what I hear against my braille display), I can hear the difference when I listen closely.
