Hello, After going around in circles trying to resolve my goldwave issue with no success I decided to replace my SB Live with a brand new SBPCI512 card and got no sound at all. I tried another card and got the same results. The cards didn't even show up in device manager, but work fine in another computer. Both computers are running XP Home. Could there be something in bios preventing any other cards from being recognized? I have no idea what to try next and still cannot record anything with goldwave, not even through the microphone. The only thing it records is whatever Jaws is saying.
