I see. That's strange. So could you also send the email to me please? I'll see what I can do about it here. Maybe it works in a different way in XP? With the Temporary files it always worked in Win98 I had until recently so I dunno now. I guess if nothing works to extract the file it's always possible to record the sound in real time with some audio-editing program such as Goldwave or Soundforge and then save as a new file; but c'mon, there must be some easier way than this.
