To get to these voice chat rooms you need to go to the ACB Radio home
page at www.acbradio.org and then activate the "Our Place" link on

>Hi Folks
>
>Good news!! Our chat rooms are back.
>
>Our three chat rooms, Speak Easy, Politics and Radio rooms are back. I also
>intend to bring back the Music Room, just as soon as I've spoken to Talking
>Communities about it.
>
>When you click on a room from the "Our Place" page, you'll be presented with
>a page on which are two links. If it's your first time you need to click on
>the first link and allow the software to run, rather than download. Running
>the software will also download it to your machine so there's no need to do
>it again after the first time.
>
>Please familiarize yourself with the menu system as there have been some
>changes, but on the whole it works much the same as did the old software -
>you still press the control key to speak.
>
>I'm sure there are going to be people that want to know why we couldn't have
>stuck with the old familiar rooms. I must point out that the older software
>is not being supported and we have been obliged to make the change. If you
>have any problems or complaints concerning the running of the sofware,
>please write to me at [EMAIL PROTECTED] letting me know exactly what the
>problem is, and I'll make sure that Talking Communities know of any problem,
>after all, they, like us want you to get the maximum pleasure from your
>visit and need to know if anything is not as it should be.
>
>Enjoy the rooms. There's plenty of room for all.
