Hello, I wonder how are you trying to start up Juice? I myself, I start it up from my start menue. I hit the letter j until I hear Jaws say, "Juice, J" I hit the letter J again, and it's open. The problem may be the way you have Juice sat up, I say that because Juice is sometimes a tricky program to master. But I hope these little tips helps.
