Downloading winamp.

Hi List,
    I found the download link for Winamp, however, there isn't the dialog for 
downloading. Besides:
    www.winamp.com
    are there any other accessible sites where the player can be downloaded? 
    What is PaceMaker, and  does it work with all versions of Winamp?
