Hi Folks: I have discovered that, if I load a mono file in to SoundForge, whether high or low quality, I am only able to save the file as an MP3 file as 128 KBPS or lower. It also defaults to Joint Stereo with no option to choose otherwise. If, however, I convert the files to stereo, then all options are opened to me.
