If you're familiar with winamp, it's probalby easier
to stay with this program. But if you want to try and
use Windows Media Player 11 there's a guide for jaws
users running under Windows XP at:

Most of the guide is not specific to Jaws, and WMP
probably runs in a similar way under vista. Alas I
don't have access either to vista or windows eyes to
