Hello Dan,
You mite try ajusting your mane valume, if it's less then 85%, all of the 
levels will sound like they're to low.
Turne the mane volume and all of the line/mic ins on both cards up to 85%, 
and they will be fine.
Also, you mite try turning the volume on your speakers up a little too.
