Thanks Kevin and Dane It's good to know that I won't lose anything between wav and another lossless format - it's tempting to believe that there must be some loss somewhere. I'm not sure what you're suggesting Dane - the file is in wav format just now with the Itunes library holding all the tags in full. If I were to convert to Apple lossless or just leave it in wav is there a way of adding a conversion codec to Itunes to make it a different format like flec or Windows Media format? Regards.
