LAME download page http://lame.buanzo.com.ar/ Just place it in the directory where you have mp3 Directcut. Make certain that you extract the file lame_enc.dll from the .zip archive. And I would keep the archive around as, sooner or later, you will want to copy it somewhere else on your system.
