I've used this product for quite a few years and I'm having a small problem. It converts to most formats without errors but I can't rip from a CD. I hear it can't find the able of contents and that an aspi driver may not be associated properly. I've looked in their trouble shooting section but I can't locate the section they recommend in the error message. Any thoughts?
