High Claud,
You can put brail lables on the lable side of the CD.
having the brail on the lable side of the CD won't have any affect on play 
back on any CD or DVD player.
Just be carefull that you don't put the lable on the wrong side of the CD.
I know both a blind guy and a sited guy that done that and lived to regret 
it.
