Put a mark at the beginning and end of each track, go to the beginning, press the letter I, go to the end, press the letter O, press the letter R and you can name each "region". Then, when you're all done, hit alt-t for tools, X, to extract regions to files, and you will have your list of regions. All are selected by default, and then you can designate a place to put them.
