Hi Caroline, sadly, it is restricted to the UK. During the world cup earlier in the year, i was able to get around it with a proxy. They seem to have patched up that loophole now.

There are a couple of places you might try. There is an unnofficial,and frankly not very good, commentary at http://www.cricketworld.com. But it's free and it is audio only. Secondly, the official TV commentary is available in very good quality stereo at http://www.cricketon.tv. This costs US$10.
