A friend recently sent me a blurb about a supposedly 100% accessible TV tuner software program known as JLC Internet TV Tuner. This is said to be completely free, unlike many other programs of its kind advertised around the Net for at least $70. Has anyone used this? If so, does it work as advertised? What are the drawbacks?
