If we're talking about a laptop, there are two questions one being the size of
the speakers he's willing to carry and the other being how much noise others
will tollerate.

Well He tried mine and we did get audio to work but it was not as loud as the
sound card as he had. WE need one with a good amp in
it so he can here while he is traveling or if he needs a loud output signal.
