No, it isn't. It is a firmwhere for your iPod, which basically makes your iPod or mp3 player not what its manufactured firmwhere is ment to do. Did that make sence? new skins, new menus, and the speech is just an addon. It even adds support for .AVI and .mpg movies, for people with mp3 players/iPods that don't support that feature. For iPod users, you do not even need iTunes, you use windows explorer!
