I'm attempting to allow Ms. to apply changes it thinks are necessary to my media files but after a fairly short time I hear the server is busy and it keeps retrying. It seems not to matter the time of day I try either. this has gone on for a few days. I don't believe I have anything connected to the internet. any thoughts? thanks
