John Is your wife (or someone else available) sighted that could look at the screen to determine what exactly is going on. Perhaps Silverlight isn't actually installed (even though you believe it is) or there may be some other msg popping up somewhere that may serve as a clue as to why nothing is happening. For starters, what I would do is manually reinstall silverlight (rather than the automated install) just to be certain the thing is properly installed.
