Does anyone know if this is accessible? Maybe I'm just doing the wrong thing, but I can't get it to work. I'll download an album, but then I cant seem to get it to play or get my downloaded files to a point where I can just play them. I may have to get them to restore my access to those files if I can figure this out. Any help would be appreciated!--Brian
