Hi, I bought an audio patch cord for my computer. I know the cord works because I went from comp headphone to a mic on a recorder and it works. I'm trying to go from the headphone jack of 1 device to the line in/mic in jack of my comp. The cable isn't showing up as recognized, and every time I try and record all I hear is hiss. What am I doing wrong?
