From: Scott Erichsen [EMAIL PROTECTED] To: [EMAIL PROTECTED] Hi all,
Despite a bit of a roller-coaster ride at the last moment with the iTunes 8.01 update, J-Tunes version 4.0 is now available to download. Please read this message carefully as it contains important information prior to download. First, we must thank our beta testing team. If it was not for the dedication and support from our beta testers this product just wouldn't have happened. Considering iTunes 8 was released in mid-September, and here we are in mid-October with a completely rewritten and tested product is largely due to the hard work they have put in. Also thanks to the developer, Brian Hartgen who has worked day and sometimes night to get this product to the stage that it is now. He must be congratulated on a fantastic effort. The User Guide is available on the website and I would encourage you to read it as it is likely to answer all your questions. We have expanded it to include all the new features of J-Tunes and have included a whole new section on the use of the iPod Nano 4th generation which is the latest iPod with talking menus J-Tunes will function as a demo by default. However if you have purchased J-Tunes version 3, you can upgrade free of charge. Please read the section in the User Guide relating to how this is done. The price for a full copy of J-Tunes in Australia is $75.00. Literally as each day goes by, we learn more and more about iTunes. We are collectively using more and more functions of iTunes to learn how things work, and so there may be aspects of iTunes which are still inaccessible. If so, please let us know, but we hope J-Tunes 4.0 goes a long way to addressing them. Finally, as with all software, there may be problems with any software package combined with iTunes. However if a bug is conclusively found, the only way to get it addressed for sure is to send it to me at [EMAIL PROTECTED] I will then take responsibility for sending your report onto our beta testing team. we will try and rectify it in the next J-Tunes update. But we hope that you will enjoy the J-Tunes experience in using JAWS with iTunes as our many customers have done until this point. So for that all important link.
