Hi Trace.  I've found it, the way to pay to fill your balance.  At the
bottom of each page you will see a link to images/ico_visa
images/ico_master_card.  if you click on that and at the bottome of that
page there is a list of amounts to purchase and you just take it from there.

I'm getting off here in a sec but thought I'd check my mail one last time
before i shut down for the evening.

What I can't find is the bit where you put your card details in so you can
put the ammount of credit you want on there, surely they can't just keep
giving you free credit, they must want to take money off you some which way,
how do you do that? I'm thinking you're not sure either as you said they'd
changed it and you'd mailled support, any way, when you find out let me
know!!
