Requirements:  You must have some basic prier audio editing experience, 
for
example, taking the Beginners GoldWave Class.  Also, you should have 
good
keyboard skills and you should know your way around Windows.



 This class is open to all supporting members of the VIP Conduit web 
site.

I am your host, Sb, welcoming all of you to this second series of 
classes
using the audio editor called GoldWave.  These classes will benefit 
those of
you who would like to take that next step beyond just doing basic 
editing
of your audio files.



Here is the class outline for this GoldWave for Intermediate Users 
class.



Class 1.  Processing a voice track prier to doing a voice over.

1a.  Using the silence remover tool to make your audio track flow 
smoothly.

1b.  Playing around with some of the audio effects built in to GW.

1c.  Giving your audio that repeating sound that sounds so cool.

1d.  Taking a quick look at some of the other audio filters that you can
find in GW.

1e.  Using the expander/compressor built in GW to give your audio more
punch.



Class 2.  Making a final  mix down.

2a.  Using the audio matching tool.

2b.  Laying down a voice track over some other audio.

2c.  Fading your audio tracks in or out.

2d.  Pasting audio at the end or beginning of your final mix down.

2e.  Cross fading 2 audio tracks.

2f.  Saving your final track to disk.



Class 3.  Post production.

3a.  Using the compressor in GW for light audio post production 
processing.

3b.  Explaining  and installing the Levelator program.

3c.  Running the Levelator.

3d  Installing the GW AMP plug-in rapper.

3e.  Installing the audio stocker plug-in in to your winamp folder.

3f.  Checking out the GW AMP plug-in rapper using the Audio Stocker 
plug-in.



Class 4.  The batch converter.

4a.  Grabbing and installing the Lame mp3 encoder.

4b.  Loading files in to the batch converter.

4c.  Deciding witch file type to use for your output file during batch
conversion.

4d.  Making variable bit rate mp3 files.

4e.  Telling the batch converter program where to out put the final 
files.

4f.  Saving presets.
