Josh, It does look to me as if the Behringer UBB1002 does use balanced XLR microphone connectors. I think it is a nice mixer for the price but I would be concerned about trying to use your microphones with some type of adaptor. You could have a hum problem.
Do you know if your microphones are balanced? If they are, then using them with an adaptor should work fine, but if your microphones are not balanced then I don't know. I thought I saw some mixers somewhere with unbalanced quarter inch microphone jacks but I can't find them now. You might try calling one of the places that sell mixers and ask them but you might get a hard sell and not be able to get off the phone without buying one.
