these tyopes of discs are used for recorders that require music cd's. this
is how the ptr-2 knows how to set itself up for the proper recording you
want to do with it. if you were to put a data cd in the ptr-2 you could burn
mp3 files on to it for playback on a machine that plays mp3 files.

What exactly is the difference between blank cds that you record music
onto
and blank cds you use for recording data on?
The reason I ask this is because when I got my plextalk ptr2 a few months
ago, I received a blank cd with it which according to the manual is
specifically meant for burning audio cds. So what is the difference and

it really worth concerning yourself about it?
