Yes, that's an easy one. Go into general preferences, or control p, and arrow down to titles, tab along until you hear an edit field describing how you want titles to read. It has lots of parenthesis, brackets, $ signs, etc. I just removed the words artist, title and file name and put them in the order you want. I do prefer having title then artist and file name. I hate it when the artist is listed as various artists!
