My cousin found an MAudio that did have microphone but we couldn't get jaws to
work with it. We wound up having to set jaws to use the internal card.

Hi. I have the M Audio Delta Audiophile and in general, I like it. I do a
lot of audio editing and I haven't found a card that I like better for the
purpose. I also stream a lot of audio from the computer to the rest of the
house and again, the sound is superior.
then there is the patch pannel with dedicated jacks for each channel. Again,
excellent! Also, I can record line in while working on other things as no
screen reader interference bleeds through the recording.

Now then, what don't I like. Well there are a couple of things on that side
of the score book too. First, there is no dedicated microphone jack. Second,
changing levels while using a screen reader can be a bit awkward. Finally,
when recording line in content, I can't get the card to play what's being
recorded through my speakers. It should be noted that this last issue might
be a result of me being unable to figure out how to set the card so that it
will monitor content while recording. I've written to M Audio support to
inquire, but so far with no response. Right now, I deal with the situation
by recording a bit of audio and then playing it back to test levels and so
on.

Still, given the superior results that I've achieved when editing, plus its
overall superior sound quality, I would definitely buy another one for one
of my other PCs.
