Although the National Resource Center for Blind Musicians mentions braille on their homepage, I believe they do not focus exclusively on materials in that form. Their mission is to make resources of all kinds available to blind musicians. Also, although based in Connecticut, I think you will find them receptive to queries from abroad. I am no musician myself, but I've worked with them in other contexts and know them to be dedicated.
