Hello, I am having a problem with my CD Drive. When I insert a blank disk, the drive doesn't detect it, it just asks me to insert a disk. However, when I go into ITunes, the CD is recognized. When I try to burn a CD in ITunes at the lowest possible speed, it says the attempt to burn the disk failed and said it was an unknown error and the code is 4000. What is happening?
