Are you able to manage podcasts with voice commands on the Ipod Touch 64gb?
Do you know if there are any differences in iPod voice command management
between the touch and the iPhone?

Yes, and yes. The 32-gig one's speaking features aren't as good as
the 64-gig one's. I have the 64-gig model and it grows on me every
day. It does definitely take some getting used to, and there are
compromises in efficiency of operation, but for all it does, it's
quite a device.
