I figured it out. The problem was the bit rate that I wanted to convert the
files to was too high.

Maybe those files could be corrupted.
If that is the case, you will get those error messages with any audio file
converter.

I tried converting 9 files from .ogg to .mp3. Only six got converted. the
other three got errors. I can't understand why. The error was that those
files could not be converted in that format. I don't understand. Does
