what you have created is just another data disk. it will not create an
standard audio disk.

What I would do is, convert the files to wave, and then burn them to CDRW.
And then I would copy them to CDR.

Yes it can.
I do this with Roxeo all the time.
All you need to do is, put the CD that you wish to make a copy of in the
drive #1, and the blank disc in drive #2.
After that, you just tell your computer to burn what's on disc #1 on to
disc #2 and it's done!

You can copy 1 disc to another.
