There's a free version, but it's a bit harder to get to. The free
version is just called Revo uninstaller, and right now, it's at version
1.89. This is what I use.
going to the web site I provided below, there's a Revo Uninstaller Pro
version that's currently at version 2.2.3. It costs $40 for 1 PC, $30
for 2 PC's and $20 for 4 PC's or more. This is a per license price.

I've always assumed that whether you ran the program's own uninstaller
or went through Add/Remove Programs, you were basically running the same
code, i.e. the code the application registered with Windows as the
uninstall routine. Either way, I use Revo Uninstaller from
http://www.revouninstaller.com/ to make sure my system is cleaned up
after removing some software. revo Uninstaller will scan the registry
and hard drive to help you remove whatever might be left over.

well, I have been in to this before my self, so once I was tired of that
kind of trial expention. but one friend of mine told me that once you

installed the Switch converter, you can also go in to the controll
panel, go
to add and remove programs, go to the Switch program aplication, then
uninstall.
when you're in that uninstall option, you have 2 choices, the first
one is
uninstall, and the second one is downgrade to the free version, this
means
that youdon't have to be worry about the trialversion anymore, and
you can
use it as long as you like.

Hello list: Hopefully this won't be too long of a post..but I'm
confused and frustrated at this point! As you may recall, I
downloaded the Switch sound converter to my computer. I haven't
used it that much..but I apparently mistakenly have gotten the
"paid" version! This isn't what I wanted; anyhow..the "trial" time
period elapsed! A few minutes ago, I tried to use it and it let me
know that I had to "register it and pay..which I don't want to do as
I had understood it was "free!" So I figured I'd try to uninstall
all the extra stuff..you know..Sound Recorder and something else
that I don't remember; that went okay! Aw..but now when I try to
uninstall "Switch"..(was going to uninstall (then go and reinstall
"switch" without the extras..but..oh no! It tells me it cannot be
uninstalled because, someone on my computer is using the program
NOBODY IS USING THE DAMMED PROGRAM BUT ME! So can somebody please
tell me how to get around this? I think I would like to use the pr
ogram as I have a file I want to change the bit rate on (Total
Recorder" doesn't seem to be allowing me to set it to a bit rate
that will allow it to play where I want it to)..anyhow..this doggone
""Switch"..makes me want to "Switch" it off! Thanks for reading
