Hello John. I believe that your problem is directly related to changes introduced by the Live 365 website. I will also be interested to learn whether you are experiencing the same problems on your Mac. From what you have already explained, it sounds as though Windows and Mac users are experiencing
One thing that we can do is to visit their support page and fill out the form which is provided for people experiencing problems. The form, at least, is accessible Best regards, Larry.
