It's accessible with jaws...
And if you want to read the text of a song that appear on the screen....
There are jaws scripts for this!

is there Karaoke DJ (KJ) software that is accessible with screen readers
such as window eyes, or even jaws?
one of the people I work with uses a software called hoster. this software
does not appear to be accessible, however we are wanting to know what
software is accessible with speech.
Hoster can assist a DJ for music, videos or karaoke in similar manner. I
have other software that can do everything needed except for karaoke. what
doe people use for hosting karaoke when a screen reader?
