Hello again, Tom and List, The program you suggested promises to do everything I wanted it to do. I cannot register myself as is required, and thus, the software will that look up any track data.
I found an e-mail address on the PUCB site and wrote there, asking what I can do but to date have not heard. I'd appreciate your thoughts.
