I am not sure if this will work but have you tried to run it as
administrator? Go to it and highlight it and in applications enter on run

administrator. It will only take the first time to do this but it might

Since I've updated skype, I also updated skype talking. Skype talking
will
not launch no matter what I've tried. I've even gone to its folder in
program files and tried to start from its executable file. Also after
trying to launch skype talking, I've launched skype and skype talking
doesn't show in the list of external programs to be authorized.
I would appreciate any help with correcting this problem.
