As promised, I have Phil's message, regarding the scheduler in Tapin Radio.
I did google it (as he suggested I do) but not being a computer geek, wasn't
able to follow all of what Microsoft was trying to tell me!

TapinRadio uses the Windows Task Scheduler which is part of Windows.
It look as if the WTS service was unable to start.
Try Googling for Task Scheduler and Service which should give you more
information.
