On many soundcards, you are able to monitor the input of the soundcard through the output of the same soundcard. But I was wondering, is it possible by using some kind of software to monitor say the microphone input from one soundcard on the output of another soundcard on a Windows 7 machine? I would like to use the microphone input on my built-in realtek sound card and monitor it through my headroom USB device. Is this doable?
