Hi, can mp3cut convert a wave file to an mp3 ?.

let's say you have a file that has stuff on the end of it that you don't
need: well..you can run it through this little program and get rid of it!
There are other uses for it as well, but I'll save that for others who are
more qualified to speak on this than I am!

gave me all kinds of extra files to download, and then I couldn't get
the program to speak at all. I am using Window-eyes 7.52. Are there
