Someone on another list sent the updater file as an attachment. I used it with Window-eyes, and it was a piece of cake. I am certain that it would work equally well with JFW. I will try to remember to put the updater file on my Dropbox and post the link here.

I had to have my sighted daughter help me with that. One trick is that

How did you update your jambox. I am having trouble doing it with Jaws
13.

I thought I had the thing updated, but when I push the up and down
volume controls together on the unit, nothing happens.

Hi I updated mine to the latest firm ware as well.
I don't have it tell me live more or deactiviated.
So how do I get it to do this?

While connected to a Bluetooth device, hold down the up and down

it will not work with a device plugged into the wired connection.

The volume will noticeably drop when live audio mode is engaged. It
does not play so loudly as when in the original mode.

I just updated the Jambox firmware to the latest. I remember hearing
that the current firmware has some sort of wide stereo setting although
I do not recall the proper name for it. At any rate, I can't find
Robert Carter's podcast describing this feature and telling how to
invoke it. Does anyone on list know what to do to turn on this feature.
Also, how does one turn it off?

Thanks.
