Well if you call stating the facts insulting I guess I am. I understand you
want to use it but Chris has explained it twice and very clearly. Also, I
recently sent to this list  an audio podcast of another person demoing and
explaining VAC and if you are genuinely interested in using VAC then you
might want to make the effort to go through your messages, download the file
and listen to it as well.

There is no program. What I am saying is if you want to monitor output
the cable is receiving you need to use one or more Audio Repeater
instances. If you don't then just set Winamp's playback device to
virtual cable n and your recording program's recording device to virtual
cable n, where n is a number.
