Yeah, I've known Winamp to just at random check the manual advance thing for no reason. It's happened to me twice, within the last couple years though.

Have a look at the Playlist option in preferences and tab to Manual playlist advance and make sure that the check box is unchecked.

Hope you get it sorted.

Subject: Winamp Not Automatically Advancing to the Next Track

Hi, I posted this to the Winamp for the Blind list yesterday but got no responses. Not sure if that list is still operating. Anyway, it was doing it last week, but now when I select all the tracks in a CD I've ripped, Winamp does not automatically advance to the next track when I start playing the selected tracks. I know they're all selected, because when I hit b, Winamp will advance to the next track and start playing it. But when I just let it play, it stops at the end of the track it's currently playing. I've been through the Preferences, but I don't see anything that I recognize as something that will fix this. Any advice? As I said, it was doing it last week. I have no idea what has changed since then.

Thanks much.

Evan
