Yes, it works perfectly. I use it all the time. It does not appear to require any kind of scripting, but some of its advanced features will require you to have a knowledge of how digital audio works.

For trimming or separating files, nothing is easier. For normalizing and resetting volume it's an absolute treat.

The fact that it does not have to unpack compressed files to edit them means that editing does not result in audio quality loss.

It is a "must-have" in your toolkit.
