You should be able to simply copy and paste the .mp3 or .wav file into your Media folder on your new computer and then set the screen reader to use that voice (oh sorry, not the media folder but the folder in your screen reader. Someone knows more than I, but I think it's in the Applications folder in one of the folders in Documents and Settings.
