If you are using the new stream as in "new generation", the softpack is no longer used. It is included. You format the sd card in the Victor Stream by: 1. put the sd card in the stream. 2. Turn on the stream. 3. Press the number seven until hearing "format card" 4. Press the okay button. This is on the right side of zero.
