Hi, I have a dm520 and an ls7.
The 520 was about the same price as the 520 , and the sound is just as good
as the 520.
The only main difference is that the ls7 has a monitoring feature before
you record.
It also has three three mics.
The 520 has has two mics.
I have recorded some jazz concerts with my ls7, and they came out very good.
