do you know where i might purchase one? someone said that you could use other midi instruments with it somehow they got it to work that is why i am asking.

This means that it can be driven by a sequencer such as QWS. Even so, the only instrument sounds which can be recognized are those built into the instrument. At one time I used the Q as a straight MIDI synth, driven by my computer. Thus, what I have said is based on quite a bit of experience.
